Follow the following step to download the firmware of Nokia.
Step 1: Download and install Nokia care suite
Step 2: Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Nokia\Nokia Care Suite\Application Launcher\bin
Step 3: Run the application launcher.
Step 4: Select Product Support Tools For Store and launch it. An overlay window will appear.
Step 5: Now go to Tools located at top left corner and select Firmwar Download. An overlay window will appear asking you to enter product code and you can find product code below the battery.
Step 6: Enter product code and click check online and now it will check online for the firmware of that specific Nokia mobile phone and it will provide detail information about that firmware.
Step 7: Now click Download to start download to download the firmware.
