Samsung Galaxy Note III will now launch with Android 4.3 pre-installed and currently samsung mobile is testing the os in the phablet.
Samsung says that the information has been confirmed. We're not sure that this means that you can take this rumor to the bank, but it matches what happened last year when the Samsung Galaxy SIII launched with Android 4.0.4 on board and the Samsung Galaxy Note II came to market with Android 4.1.1.
This year Samsung launched Galaxy S4 with Android 4.2.2 pre-installed and it seems that samsung will launch Galaxy Note III with Android 4.3.
