Ncell in Supreme Court Controversy

Ncell is a leading telecom brand of Nepal which is also formally known as Spice Nepal Pvt. Ltd and today Ncell is in another controversy of Supreme Court. We all know that Ncell is providing twenty rupees of loan to each and every Ncell user but when we recharge our phone extra 2.48 rupees is deducted from our main balance therefore Supreme court is asking the reason of charging extra 2.48 rupees from their customers.

One year ago Ncell launched the scheme of sapaati (loan) in which we can take 20 rupees of loan if our balance is less then or equal to 2 rupees and when we recharge our phone it charges extra 2.48 rupees.
 Kalyan Sherestha is  current judge of Supreme Court and he send the letter asking that Ncell  is only allowed to take 10% interest per year but Ncell is taking the interest at the rate of  10% per day therefore Ncell must  submit their written statment with in 15 days.
